Paediatric Immediate Life Support Course (PILS) Resus Council UK - 1 Day Course

Fully accredited Resus Council PiLS Course which teaches the knowledge and skills to :

• understand the structured ABCDE approach that facilitates rapid recognition of seriously ill children.

• provide appropriate initial treatment interventions to prevent cardiorespiratory arrest

• treat children in cardiorespiratory arrest until the arrival of the resuscitation team or more experienced assistance.

• promote active membership of a paediatric emergency team.

On successful completion of the course candidates will be issued with a Resus Council UK PILS Certificate.
